At the Standridge Academy, we know that wrestling offers a unique opportunity to instill character in the young athlete whether on the way to winning the next match or bringing home Olympic Gold. The serious wrestler and the serious wrestling family need more than the usual local-dad-turned-coach methods prevalent in programs around the state.

Our founder, Ron Standridge, has more than 20 years of professional experience guiding youth/high school athletes along the road. A former state champ, Div I college wrestler and coach of multiple, National Champions, Ron has created a program focused on maximum achievement for each student through work ethic, skills development, persistence, courage, enthusiasm, and confidence.

Being a champ is great, but becoming a champion is an achievement that yields dividends long after the head gear have been hung up for good. When your child is serious about this sport, it is time to come to Standridge.
